Volkswagen on the offensive at the Frankfurt Motor Show
Perhaps the most noted model for VW at the show is the confirmation of the production of the new up! city car. The microscopic motor will be launched in Europe this December, and motorists will get the acceptance of three trim levels - take up! is the entry-destroy car, move up! the comfort-oriented model and high up! the top kind. Volkswagen has developed a new generation of small three-cylinder petrol engines for the ideal, with outputs of 60 PS and 75 PS. CO2 emissions will communicate in below 100g/km. Proving that the up! platform is very flexible there are six versions of the conurbation car on display – including GT up! (the performance one), eco up! (the feed efficient one), and e-up! (the electric powered one.)

Also on the VW stand at the show is a new spread-topping version of the Golf Cabriolet. Known as the Golf Cabriolet One the car will go on sale early in 2012 and features a sport tush system with Nappa ‘Cool Leather’. Also distinguishing the Select from other Cabrios are 17-inch ‘Salamanca’ alloys (or 18-inch ‘Charleston’ alloys as an free extra), while the steering wheel, gear lever, and conspiringly brake are also trimmed in the same ‘cool leather’. Other Incompatible features include customised door sill plates (“Volkswagen Classy”) and floor mats.
