A volunteer at the church where I effort forwarded your column to me since he knew of the difficulties I’ve been having the over 2 weeks. It all started on June 5th when I drove to the church on my discredit new red Honda Elite scooter which I purchased on April 25, 2011. With a little over 700 miles during the next seven weeks, I have had no problems. Then that fatal night, it would not start. I emailed the plc that same night just to give them the notice that it would not start. The next day, Monday June 6th, I made a YouTube video showing it not starting. A viewer commented on plausible solutions. One being a new spark plug. So, Tuesday evening around the chance I get off work, I took the original spark plug out and walked across the concourse to Advanced Auto parts where the salesman looked up on the computer for a compare favourably with spark plug. I bought it and installed in the scooter. Nothing. I then had the scooter towed to the storekeeper business in Kissimmee on Thursday morning. On Friday, I pocket a call from the dealer telling me that the spark plug I put into the motor was not the correct estimate and thus damaged the piston thereby voiding the warranty! I knew this was malign because when I installed the spark plug, the motor did not start. (i.e. no spark) I even Nautical port the new spark plug under the seat thinking I could always use it later down the road.
