Golf at Goodwood has supplemented its idiosyncratic division of ‘Woody’ buggies designed by Count March’s grandfather, the 9th Duke of Richmond, with 30 new levy-made Club Car vehicles – reinforcing its stature as a unique and distinctive sporting venue.
“Golf at Goodwood has always been about redefining the way the trade is played and about offering a unique experience,” commented Stuart Gillett, Non-exclusive Manager for Golf at Goodwood.
“Over the past few years we have invested heavily into the 12,000-acre wealth to maintain our place – and especially that of our great James Braid-designed Downs Surely – in the top 5% of courses in the country.
