Muskego Man Charged with Stealing His Mother's Car, Driving it Across Her Lawn
A 22-year-old Muskego man is fa charges after he allegedly stole his mother’s car and drove it across her trait.
Ryan R. Semrow was charged in Waukesha County orbit Court Tuesday with one count of operating a motor means without the owner’s consent. If convicted, he faces up to six years in detention and $10,000 in fines.
According to the criminal grouse, at 4:33 p.m. Sunday, the victim noticed her 2005 Saab was missing from her habitation in the W17700 block of Forest Drive and it appeared that someone had driven it across her sod and garden. She also found a two feet long piece of waxy, which she believed to have broken off of the front bumper of the vehicle.
The complaint states the injured party suspected her son had stolen the vehicle and is staying in a tent in a Waukesha County park because he’s no longer gratifying at her residence. She was able to make cell phone communicate with with Semrow, who told her the car was parked at Denoon Woodland with the keys in the ignition.
