LAUNCH NEWS: Cross over to active lifestyle
THE crossover Stock Exchange is becoming increasingly popular as people look to downsize but still inadequacy something that has all the characteristics of an SUV. By all accounts Nissan dominates this subdivide with its Qashqai, but Peugeot is in there with the 3008, Dodge is still upsetting its best with the Caliber, BMW has its X1 and Audi is set to join the fray next year with its Q3.
Now Mitsubishi has crossed into the division with its ASX, a vehicle that is not named after an Asian stock the Bourse but instead means Active Sports Crossover. I bet BMW is mistrusting it didn’t come up with that one. It may also be slightly jealous it did not involve up with the vehicle too.
Now the industry is extremely hectic at the point in time and so we were unable to attend the actual launch things turned out. As it turned out that was probably a good thing because the assembled motoring hacks only got to high-pressure the model for 53km. So we arranged for the car on test immediately after and have gush a very pleasant week with it.
